Showroom Sales & Design Floor Associate
Location: North Scottsdale
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus a 5-hour Saturday shift
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to join a high-end furniture and design showroom.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist an affluent clientele with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

Guide customers through our selection of custom-built furniture, drapes, window treatments, and more
-
Use sample books and design knowledge to offer personalized recommendations
-
Collaborate with an in-house team and warehouse staff to ensure seamless customer experiences

Help maintain the showroom’s high visual standards and organization
-
Be physically active throughout the day, including going up and down stairs between the showroom and the warehouse located in the building

Learn from owners Claudia and Dan, who are hands-on and invested in team development
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail, showroom, or design-related settings (Design Room, Furniture Showroom, etc.)

Strong eye for color, style, and design aesthetics
-
Excellent communication skills and a bubbly, customer-oriented personality

Comfort working with luxury products and high-end clients
-
Must be okay being on your feet and moving throughout the day

Strong resume highlighting sales, design, or customer service experience

Willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
