Blake Quinlan's journey with Express Employment Professionals started in April 2015 as a Professional Recruiter at the Champaign, Illinois, Specialized Recruiting Group office. After five years, he transferred to the Denver Downtown office to work as their Business Solutions Specialist before relocating to Scottsdale to take over as the Franchise Manager. In November 2022, Blake purchased Express Scottsdale, becoming the office's Franchise Owner and Partner.

Blake is a highly competitive person who hates to lose. As an employee, he's a driver and a natural leader. If you present Blake with a goal, he will ensure he achieves it. In his downtime, Blake enjoys attending baseball games and enjoying the Arizona sunshine.

William H. Stoller

Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board

William H. Stoller is the founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of Express Employment International, franchisor of Express Employment Professionals and affiliated brands. In 2023, Express Employment Professionals helped 492,000 people find jobs through more than 860 franchise locations in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Since its inception, Express has put more than 11 million people to work worldwide. Express provides expertise in workforce management, including evaluation hire, temporary staffing, professional staffing and search, and works across various industries.

Before co-founding Express, Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a placement consultant and eventually worked up to Oregon and Utah's district manager.

Committed to sustainable environmental practices, in his spare time, Stoller converted his family’s Dayton, Oregon, turkey farm into a winery in 1993. The farm, in Stoller’s family since the 1940s, is now thriving and was the world’s first LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified winemaking facility in 2006. Producing various wines for the Stoller Family Estate label, they blend traditional gravity flow winemaking with energy-efficient systems to preserve the quality of grapes while reducing negative environmental impact. In 2018, Stoller expanded his interests, acquiring ownership of the Chehalem Winery & Vineyards.

Jenny McCallum, CSP

Partner, President, and Developer

Jenny McCallum, CSP, is a Partner, President, and Developer of the West Coast McCallum region for the Express Employment Professionals, Express Healthcare Staffing, the Specialized Recruiting Group, and NexGenPreneur Academy. She partners with 31 locations across Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.

She began her career with Express Employment Professionals in 1997 as a Temporary Associate. She quickly sparked her passion for helping people, advancing through positions such as Employment Specialist, Business Developer, Franchise Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President of the McCallum region.

Today, Jenny's responsibilities include building high-performance teams, driving innovation, nurturing growth, and empowering NexGenPreneurs. She is also instrumental in strategy management, focusing on succession planning, resales, and start-ups within the McCallum region. Jenny's business athlete mentality is deeply rooted in childhood and college athletics. She prioritizes home family, work family, and building teams with diverse intellects as her most valued commitments. She believes achieving freedom and balance requires sacrifices and the relentless pursuit of following through with the contract you make with yourself.
