Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Prep Technician to join our team. As a Paint Prep Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process by preparing aluminum and steel frames for painting. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Sand and clean aluminum and steel frames to prepare surfaces for painting
- Inspect frames for imperfections and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
