Local Tempe area electronics manufacturer is looking for Mechanical Assembly candidates to join their team.
$19 - $20 DOE

-IPC-A-610 Certified, training provided by employer.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to recognize and distinguish colors.
-Detail oriented with good problem solving skills must be able to know and recognize the difference between a variety of hand tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend English.
- Ability to obtain ESD Certification.
- Ability to comprehend written assembly instructions.
- Knowledge of component prep and manual insertion of electrical components onto Printed Circuit Boards is a plus.
-Performs assembly following manufacturing procedures and blueprints.
- Able to complete manufacturing work order documentation.
- Cross trains and maintains certification across all operations within a work area. (Optional)
- Trains others in operations where certification is maintained. (Optional)
- Works effectively with other team members to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Follows policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of area.
