We are a fast-paced and thriving real estate office dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate staff, and handle inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Greet Customers: Welcome clients, agents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
  • Make Outbound Calls: Assist with follow-up calls to clients, prospects, and vendors as needed.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and organized front office, manage scheduling, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Team Support: Provide support to real estate agents and office staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
