Project Admin
Location: Chandler, AZ
Work Schedule: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40-50 hours per week)
Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, proficiency in Excel, and a proactive problem-solving approach. The ability to multitask and adapt quickly is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new hires, including e-verify, background checks, orientation setup, and document review.
- Receive and manage packing slips daily.
- Schedule and coordinate with Project Managers.
- Read job lists and make necessary adjustments.
- Handle store runs (e.g., UPS, Sam’s, Costco) and manage material from vendors.
- Distribute and activate company phones.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Track and distribute electronics.
- Manage time off and early leave requests in the calendar.
- Order and post new labor law posters.
- Send and receive UPS packages weekly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
