Job Full Description
Looking for an energetic, motivated individual that has worked in a busy office with lots of phone calls. We look for individuals that smile while on the phone because everyone knows the smile comes across over the phone. The ideal person would be self-motivated, but coachable. The office tends to be loud at times when everyone is communicating. Working knowledge of Outlook email, MS Word and MS Excel is highly preferred. Most of the day is spent answering phones and checking emails. Once that becomes familiar to them, we will add other duties, such as contacting insurance companies for verification and contacting customers regarding loads available.
