Job Duties
- Coordinate, direct, and manage personnel in the blasting and painting departments
- Coordinate with other department leads to move product in and out of your area
- Responsible for turning in paperwork and completed product in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must have good working knowledge of fork trucks, overhead cranes, various hand tools, and some quality testing equipment.
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints
- Must be able follow written and verbal directions
- Must be able to perform all duties while in a blast suit with supplied air for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work outdoors and in all weather conditions as needed
