Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals Conway AR is hiring now for ASME WELDERS for permanent positions in HEBER SPRINGS. Pay will be $18-26/HR depending on experience.
Job Duties
- Welders must have experience in Flux core and Solid wire welding.
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints and written and verbal directions.
- Operating various types of metal fabricating equipment such as plate rolls, CNC plasma cutting table, band saws, ironworker, Sub Arc, and automated welders.
- Must be able to operate a fork truck and overhead cranes and assist in loading trucks for shipments.
- At times may be tasked to work outdoors in varying weather conditions to complete jobs.
- May be required to enter vessels and weld inside semi-enclosed spaces.
- Shop temperatures fluctuate, heated in the summer and cool in the winter, must be adaptable.
- Welders may be tasked to do things outside of the parameters of welding as well. Small shop environment.
- Must have the ability to cross-train in multiple areas to utilize manpower.
- Welders must be able to pass a basic fit and weld test before approval to hire is offered.
