Express Employment Professionals is interviewing candidates for a full-time Front Office Coordinator with a local Realty Agency. The pay starts at 15/hour, based on experience, but could increase after an evaluation period. 

Front Office Coordinator Schedule is typically Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm 

Front Office Coordinator responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Handling all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and directing calls to appropriate team member.
  • Scheduling appointments for realtors
  • Greeting all incoming foot-traffic in a professional manner and answering questions.
  • Any other miscellaneous office/administrative tasks (i.e.: filing, mail sorting, etc.)

Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • A professional and friendly demeanor with walk-in traffic and on the phone.
  • Typing and computer skills
  • Able to multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment with FREQUENT interruptions.
  • Internet Research and social media is a huge bonus.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to organize/prioritize work, quickly if needed.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
