Chasity Chisnall

Operations Manager

Meet Chasity, our operations manager. Chasity is in charge of our day-to-day operation inside and outside of our offices, running our recruiting, hiring, and training our staff employees, our business and payroll management, and contracts and insurance with a whole list of other responsibilities. She started with Express in 2015 as a Front Office Coordinator and has held many other positions since such as Industrial/Skilled Trades and Administrative/Professional Employment Specialist, Payroll Coordinator, Office Manager, and Client Relations Manager before being moved to her current position. Outside of work, Chasity loves to hunt deer and dove, raising her chicken and cows, and to cook delicious meals. When asked about her favorite part of working for Express, she replied "I love being a part of a company that helps makes a difference in people's lives. Working at Express has allowed me to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients."

Yesenia Centeno

Senior Employment Specialist

Yesenia is our dedicated Senior Employment Specialist at Express, where she has been making a difference since March 2021. With nearly a decade of experience in staffing, Yesenia excels in connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting both candidates and employers through the hiring process. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Yesenia grew up in Rockford, IL, before moving to Jonesboro, AR, due to her husband's job. She and her husband, Jose, have known each other since childhood and have been happily married for 11 years. Despite the relocation, Yesenia maintains a strong connection with her roots, returning to Mexico every December to visit family and friends.

As part of her job, Yesenia provides expert career advice, arranges job placements, and builds connections that truly impact Express. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and cooking, exploring new styles, and trying out new recipes. Her enthusiasm for helping others and dedication to her work make her an invaluable member of our team.

Samantha Dighera

Employment Specalist

Sam started her Express journey in 2019. She was originally an Onsite Coordinator, before transitioning into an employment specialist in 2022, allowing her to leverage her skills in a broader scope and focusing on finding the perfect fit for both employers and job seekers. She is from Central Florida, and while she misses the vibrant energy and sunshine of Florida, she is grateful to have found a home here in Arkansas. Outside of work, Sam’s life is filled with joy from her family. She has been with her husband since high school and shares a happy home with him and their two adorable dogs that she claims as basically being her children. She spends her free time baking, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. When asked about her favorite thing working with Express, Sam answered “My favorite thing about working at Express is the incredible sense of teamwork among my coworkers. It's inspiring to be part of a supportive and dedicated team that truly values each other's contributions. Together, we work tirelessly to make a positive impact on our associates’ lives, helping them find employment opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations. Witnessing the transformation in our associates’ lives as they secure new jobs and achieve their career dreams is profoundly rewarding. It's not just about finding a job; it's about changing lives, and that’s what makes working at Express so fulfilling.”

Kelly Wilkins

Payroll Coordinator/Front Office Coordinator

Kelly started here at Express as a Front Office Coordinator in 2018 before transitioning to an Employment Specialist, and then returning to the front along with the title of Payroll Coordinator. Born in Houston, Missouri, she spent most of her life moving around the Northeast Arkansas area, with a few years in Florida near Elgin Airforce Base and Destin as well. She has a wide range of family members, with a daughter, two nieces, a nephew, 2 great nieces, and 2 great nephews. She absolutely adores her dogs, Sadie and Willow, and her grand dog, Reese. Away from Express, Kelly partakes in crochet and reading, while also making sure to take the time to be with her family and friends. When asked what her favorite thing about working for Express was, Kelly answered “I love supporting others and watching them thrive in their careers and lives.” Our Express office owes so much to Kelly and her work.

Brian Daniel

Recruiting Specalist

Brian is one of our Recruiting Specialists, being one of the first people a new associate will meet on their new journey with Express and responsible for interviewing potential candidates over the phone. He increases the flow of our workforce, also making sure our employment specialists get the information needed to fit our associates to a job that fits them best. Born in Trumann, AR, he attended Arkansas State University and has been with his beloved wife, Mandie, for nine years. When not working, you can find Brian enjoying nature by deer and duck hunting, fishing, or spending time at the Eleven Point River. When asked about his favorite thing working for Express, Brian says “I enjoy meeting and helping the people that feel they are down on their luck and haven’t had the best job-hunting experiences. Teamwork makes the dream work, and I am a part of a great team.” Our Express office is more than thankful to have someone like Brian on our team.

Hayley Starkey

Business Development Specalist

Hayley is our Business Development Specialist, helping us grow our business and reach new clients from the beginning of 2024. She has been in the staffing industry since 2017 and has multiple years of industrial experience and lead management positions on top of that. While she was born in Memphis, she calls Jonesboro her hometown and attended ASU Newport – Jonesboro. Hayley enjoys reading and writing, traveling, going to the gym, and loves motorcycles. When asked about her favorite part of working for Express, Hayley says “Express isn’t just a company, and its employees aren’t just a number. We’re locally owned and operated. I’m extremely proud to be a part of the Express family, a close-knit group of people brought together by their desire to help people and build relationships that last a lifetime.” All of this and more combined makes Hayley essential to our Express office.

Shawna Pugh

Employment Specalist

Shawna joined the team in 2019 and is one of our Employment Specialist, speaking with companies and associates and sending companies qualified associated matching the associates’ skills and desired work environment. Shawna is originally from a small town called Lisbon before finishing the rest of high school in Paragould. She has been married for 16 years, with a combined 3 children. She did online schooling for medical billing, coding, and transcribing. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, and of course spending time with her beloved family. When asked what her favorite thing about working for Express is, Shawna replied with “my favorite thing about working at Express is that we get to help people and help the community. There is no better feeling than when an associate comes to you grateful for the opportunity and they tell you about their success, even small successes like they were able to get caught up on bills. It’s also great when years later after the company hired that associate you find out that they are still there and have advanced making a career. I also would like to add that Express is the teamwork and my co-workers, we are only good as our team, and I believe that I have a great team and leader to help with all our success.” Shawna’s love to help those she works with makes it an absolute delight to have her with us here at Express.

Destiny Alliy

Recuriting Specalist

Destiny joined us in 2024 and is responsible for screening and entering applying associates into our system to make sure the team can find the job that fits them best. She was born in Massachusetts, raised in Indiana, and now is down south here in Jonesboro. She attended Ross Medical Education and earned a degree in dental assisting. Outside of her work life, Destiny enjoys fishing, listening to music, traveling, and has a passion for photography, making sure she can capture the moment wherever she goes. When asked about her favorite working for Express, Destiny says “My favorite thing about working for Express would be that my coworkers and boss are absolutely amazing, the communication here is incredible, Express is such a great company and I’m so beyond blessed to have found a career!!” Destiny’s work ethic for helping others fits perfectly into our team.

Lane Holden

Social Media/Website Manager

Joining the Express team in 2024, Lane started out as a Recruiting Specialist before being moved to social media/Website Manager and making sure Express is up to date in this new age of digital marketing. His hometown is Paragould, AR. He graduated from Paragould High School, and he is attending Arkansas State University pursuing a degree in Accounting with a CPA Emphasis. When not at work, Lane loves to spend time with his friends and family, listening to music, going to the river, and watching his brother’s football and basketball games. When asked about his favorite thing working for Express, Lane said "I work for a company that actually helps people who may have been struggling before coming to us. A lot of companies and businesses use the phrase "changing lives" as a market slogan, but we are out here doing it. I'm so glad I can help those who need it most and help my father grow the business he has worked so hard to get to this point." Our offices are very glad we have Lane on the team.

Erikka Gross

Front Office Coordinator

Erikka is our front office coordinator at the Jonesboro office, welcoming our associates in our office and aiding them to exactly what they need since she started in 2024. Erikka is born and raised here in Jonesboro, she is married with a daughter, a son, two grandchildren, and a total of 6 pets. She attended Penn Foster Medical Transcription. When not at Express, you can find Erikka reading and traveling. When asked about her favorite working for Express, Erikka says “My favorite things about working for Express are my coworkers and helping people.” The Express team is very lucky to have Erikka with us.

Katlind Simpson

Front Office Coordinator

Katlind has been running our front office at the Paragould office since 2024, greeting our associates and aiding them to what they need. She is originally from Paragould and attended Arkansas State University. She has a 7 year old daughter she deeply loves. When asked about her favorite thing about working for Express, Katlind responded with “I love all of the people I get to work with.” We are so happy Katlind is on our team.

Mika Lemieux

Office Services Employment Specialist

Starting in 2024, Mika is our office services employment specialist, responsible for recruiting, placing, and managing clients in administrative, clerical, and office support roles. She closely works with both employers and job seekers to understand staffing needs and match candidates to their perfect position, while also screening resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and coordinating job placements. She works at her hometown in Jonesboro, and loves yoga, traveling, reading, hiking, and playing games. When asking Mika about her favorite thing about working for Express, she replied “My favorite thing about working for Express is having the ability and resources to match the right person with the right role, knowing it can have a positive impact on both the individual’s career and the company’s success. I know the relationships I am building with clients and candidates will make this job a meaningful, ongoing journey of growth and collaboration.” Mika’s dedication to helping others makes her the perfect fit on our Express team.

Kaylie Malone

Employment Specalist

Starting in 2024, Kaylie is one of our employment specialists at the Jonesboro office, being responsible for matching associates to their perfect job. She is from Marianna, Arkansas, and moved to Jonesboro in August of 2020. She graduated from East Arkansas Community College with a certificate and an associate degree in general studies. When she’s not at work, she spends most of her time with her boyfriend and her two adorable cats, Winnie and Binx, and she also makes sure to visit her parents and grandparents regularly on the weekends. Her hobbies include photography, pottery, scrapbooking, shopping, and any type of arts and crafts with her sister. When asked about her favorite thing with Express is, she replied “Working at Express is a refreshing change in routine and environment. I really appreciate how understanding, honest, and close the team is!” Kaylie is exactly the type of worker we need in our Express offices.
