Job Overview:
A local, well-performing client is seeking skilled, dependable, and hard-working Mold Tech Operators. The client has multiple openings, and various shifts available, and is eager to interview candidates immediately.
Job Description:
Operate and monitor molding machines to produce quality parts.
Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
Prepare molds for production by installing, cleaning, and inspecting them for wear or damage.
Maintain accurate production logs and complete required documentation.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
