Position Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Closed Saturday and Sunday
Job Description:
We are seeking a mature and reliable Bank Teller to join our team in Pine Bluff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions and assisting clients with their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide accurate information regarding bank products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
- Promote bank products and services to customers as appropriate.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
