Oil and Lube Technician
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $14.00/hr + DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Oil and Lube Technician to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, routine vehicle maintenance, and inspections to ensure our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and report any issues to the service manager.
- Assist with tire rotations and inspections when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining services performed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work the scheduled hours, including Saturdays.
