Machine Operator/Winder
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Schedule: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator/Winder to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery and equipment. Candidates with prior experience in a paper mill environment are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor winding machines to ensure efficient production.
- Read and interpret tape measurements accurately.
- Inspect paper for defects and make necessary corrections.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- GED or High School Diploma (HSD) required.
- Paper mill experience is a plus.
Pay & Benefits:
