Maintenance Technician/Electrician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician / Electrician to perform preventive maintenance, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting at a facility in Dumas, AR. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Work independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electrician
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical components
- Experience with PLCs and automated equipment is a plus
