Quality Control (QC) - Star City
Location: Star City, AR
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Express Employment is currently hiring for a QC Auditor to join a busy production facility in Star City. This is a hands-on role inspecting garments and finished items for quality and compliance. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work full shifts on their feet.
Job Duties:

Read and follow specifications, grade charts, LRS, cutting directions, and trim sheets

Use tape measurements to inspect products
-
Accept or reject finished items based on quality standards

Complete inspection reports and audit data
-
Check garments prior to shipping (100% check for VF – Filson orders)

Handle special QC checks and sample orders
-
Maintain product guides and repack odd quantities as needed

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and work an 8-hour shift on your feet

Strong hand-eye coordination

Able to read a ruler and follow written instructions

Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
