A great manufacturing company in Russellville is looking to hire a Press Brake Department Lead for 2nd shift!
Job Duties:
- Operating a production line efficiently and safely.
- Maintain the work area.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain part production.
- Minimize downtime.
- Follow proper maintenance procedures.
- Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions.
- Adjust machines as necessary.
- Maintain and update production logs as needed.
- Responsible for compliance with quality standards set by customers.
- Provide adequate training to employees.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- 1-2 years verifiable Machine Operating is required (Machinery/CNC/anything related).
- Previous Supervision/Department Lead experience is required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to pay attention when running day-to-day operations.
- Print reading and dial caliper reading required.
- An efficiency mindset and the ability to stay busy.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and work schedules as needed.
- Pass pre-employment screenings.
