Position: Intake Patient Liaison (long-term temp)
Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: M-F, 7am-5pm
Pay: $13-14/hr, doe
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented associate to join our team on a long-term temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member after 60 days, pending evaluation review. This position will play a key role in guiding patients through the admission process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, referral sources, and various internal teams, including billing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves as primary contact for referral sources for coordination of new patient referrals.
- Explains services that we provide to patients, families, and referral sources.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date referral log within the software.
- Gather patient information to help process the referral.
- Work together with the intake team to make sure all referrals are processed in a timely manner.
