Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Hope AR
Pay: $21 will go to $23.75 once rolled over with company
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am

Summary: Repairs and maintains machinery, electrical equipment, production machines and equipment. Perform housekeeping duties to keep a clean and organized work area while putting safety first. May also perform a variety of building and facilities maintenance tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
- General knowledge of gear reducers, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics electro-mechanical installation and the use of precision measurement tools required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Able to use electrical tools and meters.
- Ability to solder.
- Reasoning ability, communication skills, organizational skills, mechanical abilities, troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of welding and basic hand tools.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred and previous experience in manufacturing environment helpful. General maintenance of equipment and property.
- Electrical experience Preferred. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to react in an efficient timely manner.
- Able to work any shift (nights and weekends), holidays and overtime as required.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
