Job Title: Saw Operator Lead
Location: Leary, TX
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
Pay: $17.50 per hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Saw Operator Lead to oversee the efficient operation of saw equipment during the 2nd shift at our Leary, TX facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and leading a team of operators to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise: Direct and oversee a team of saw operators, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Saw Operations: Set up, adjust, and operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications.
- Quality Control: Monitor cutting processes and inspect materials to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to avoid production delays.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company and OSHA safety standards.
- Reporting: Record production metrics, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents accurately and submit reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial saw equipment
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods
