Position: Inside Sales / Reorder Specialist
Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Pay: $16-18/hour, DOE

As an Inside Sales / Reorder Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our valued customers by processing orders and assisting them with reorders of their products. We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and caring about people's well being, with a strong work ethic and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone via call, text and email to assist with reorder requested for products.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our system
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure timely product delivery and order fulfillment.
- Help resolve issues with orders and provide product knowledge to ensure customers have the best experience.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy, building lasting relationships with our customers.

- Basic computer skills - comfortable using office software and customer management systems.
