Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: M-T 9am-4pm, Fridays are flexible 9a-12p

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support with a focus on managing cash flow, light accounting duties, vendor management, and account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring accurate tracking of income and expenses.
- Light Accounting Duties: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including entering financial data into QuickBooks, processing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and assist in preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy and consistency.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments, managing contracts, and resolving any issues related to services or billing.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, managing schedules, drafting correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel and Word for preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets; proficiency in creating financial reports and maintaining tracking sheets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis) and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a proactive manner.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
