Outside Sales Trainee
Compensation: Base Plus Commissions
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA
As an Outside Sales Representative Trainee, you will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business within a defined territory, connecting and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs. The main goal of the Outside Sales Representative Trainee is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make face-to-face decision maker calls
• Develop Sales Action Plans for each prospect on the Top 20 Hit List
• Effectively work with and communicate with the Internal Team
• Use a Total Client Care approach to present full-service capabilities
Requirements & Experience:
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude
• Understanding of common business practices and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish
