Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of First Impressions/Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the face of our organization, the Director of First Impressions will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, offering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Answer incoming calls to provide information about employment opportunities and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist with orientations and onboarding for new hires, ensuring that they receive all the necessary information and support to succeed in their new roles.
  • Ensure that the office is clean, presentable, organized, and provides a comfortable and professional environment for the team and visitors.
  • Provide administrative suppport to the inside and outside sales team.
  • Assist with marketing, recruiting and sales efforts when requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software programs.
  • Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus.
