Account Manager- $30 an hour

We are looking for an account manager with experience in the powder coatings industry! - $30 hourly
If you enjoy providing high-quality service to customers by phone and solving problems, this is a job for you!

You will be the main point of contact for all client calls/questions, delivering outstanding service and support to all customers. Your primary goal is to help clients with scheduling orders and quoting the order cost based on the specific materials used.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
  • Taking and scheduling orders with the coating shop in a timely manner.
  • Quote and process orders based on the materials used for the project.
  • Answer complex questions by conducting research and involving staff appropriately. 
  • Maintain communication with all departments.
  • Document all customer contacts by established procedures. 
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of account management experience a plus
  • Powder coating industry experience- can be in the shop
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude, team player, and smile, smile, smile.
  • Professional appearance
  • Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude!
