Responsibilities You'll Dive Into:
- Grasping inspection requirements outlined in Manufacturing Orders
- Document completion with finesse
- Conducting and verifying various inspection functions: visual, dimensional, mechanical, and chemical
- Crafting CMM Programs for First Article and production components
- Reviewing and greenlighting inspection/test data
- Keeping inspection records in line with company procedures
- Flexibility for additional assigned duties
What We Seek:
- 3 years in inspection within a machining/manufacturing setting
- Comfortable with basic shop math
- Ability to decipher and apply customer specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with GD&T
Desired Skills and Background:
- Background in machining or aerospace industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2000, SAE AS9100, ISO:9000
- Bonus points for CMM experience
