Human Resources Coordinator
Pay: $26-$33/hr
Location: Santa Ana

We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our workforce, ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding processes, maintaining compliance, and managing social media efforts to showcase our company culture. If you have HR experience in construction and enjoy working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, process background checks, and onboard new hires.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal employment regulations, oversee Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with retention initiatives, facilitate exit interviews, and support leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Social Media & Marketing: Create and manage social media content, respond to online reviews, and support employer branding efforts.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to create engaging digital content is a plus!
