Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an ongoing file prepare memos, letters, other documents
- Answer & route incoming phone calls
-Assist with employees' injury document/ reports and work with Human Resources.
-Prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls
• Coordinate with office manager for sourcing requests and any other daily tasks
Requirements:
• Strong computer/ Microsoft skills.
• One year administrative previous.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive maintenance & follow-ups on existing orders aligned with a specific customer.
• One-year related experience
