Express Employment is looking for an Distribution Admin. This position requires 2-3 years of current experience. This role involves the meticulous and efficient preparation and processing of participant distributions and loan requests, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and the specific provisions of each company’s retirement plan. Additionally, the role includes managing and administering online investment providers, ensuring all transactions and tasks are performed accurately and professionally.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Job Duties:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, participants, consultants, and the Alliance, handling phone calls and written correspondence professionally.
• Efficiently prepare and process participant requests for distributions and loans, verifying eligibility, vesting, and adherence to plan provisions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements.
• Protect and secure confidential information and documents.
• Track all work the designated systems, monitoring deadlines.
• Document all important client, participant, consultant, and investment provider interactions in APC-designated systems.
• Conduct report analysis and assist with special projects as needed.
• Assist the Alliance Manager with the preparation, review, and completion of alliance forms.
• Support both Distribution Services and Alliance Departments with mailing projects and various seasonal tasks, such as: Annual Report Distributions, Corrective Distributions, RMDs, Participant Vesting Submissions, Autorollovers, Fee Disclosures, PPA Annual Notices.
Auxiliary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform general office clerical duties as assigned.
• Support recommendations for any changes related to participant distributions and loans.
• Research and provide solutions to administrative and consulting questions.
• Efficiently manage the distributions team email account, assigning emails to appropriate team members and saving relevant information in the systems.
• Engage in group or individual discussions about department processes and activities.
• Other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to concentrate.
• Ability to research and provide accurate and detailed solutions to administrative questions.
• Ability to communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass the NIPA Distribution Administrators course.
