Express Employment is hiring for an Outside Sales Account Manager. This position requires 2-4 years of current experience. 

Pay: $20 - $22/Hour + Commission

Location: Oroville, Ca

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Work hours may vary

Job Description:

• Build new customer relationships through cold calling, outreach to subcontractors, and re-engaging past leads.
• Conduct regular job site visits to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Stay informed on current inventory and upcoming product launches.
• Negotiate pricing to secure deals and boost sales.
• Grow existing customer accounts and keep accurate customer records.
• Prepare job estimates and submit completed sales to the manager.
• Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Handle small deliveries as needed to assist customers.
• Report completed sales to the manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-4 years of current experience. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and analyze business materials.
• Strong math skills (e.g., discounts, commissions, percentages).
• Proficient with computers and software tools.
