Express is looking for an Office Assistant. This position requires 1-2 years of current experience. 

Pay: $20/Hour

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Chico, Ca

Job Description:

•    Assist visitors and members with inquiries and concerns
•    Walk around the property
•    Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
•    Work with the team 
•    Filing and data entry
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    1-2 years of current experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Attention to details
•    Experience with Yardi, Tax Credit, or HUD
