Job Full Description
Job Summary
The Photo Editor will look through all photos taken on a job and select only the best photos of each student to ensure the highest quality image for parents to choose from. This role will also be responsible for reporting on photo quality, patterns and issues. The main function of this position is to ensure all photos shown to our customers will meet our quality standards.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Select the best photos of each student based on facial expression, lighting, posing, etc.
- Consistently crop/resize all images to ensure quality.
- Reporting on quality of incoming images.
- Ensure all images are attached to the correct students, making corrections as needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of image services processes and standards.
- Stay on track with production schedule while following guidelines and SOPs
- Maintain positive, productive relationships with all team members
- Listen actively and communicate openly, clearly and respectfully with management and peers alike
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet set deadlines
- Strong computer skills, ability to learn new programs and navigate computer networks
- Ability to meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
