Position Overview

Our customer is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Operations Manager direct hire with bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English to lead and optimize our U.S. operations. This role will oversee our Iowa, New Jersey, and Los Angeles locations while operating from our Chino, CA office. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, operational leadership experience, and a process improvement mindset to drive efficiency and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Multi-Site Operations Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of our Iowa, New Jersey, and Los Angeles locations while based in Chino, CA.

🔹 Strategic Financial Oversight: Analyze financial reports, forecasts, and trends to develop data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

🔹 Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize operational procedures.

🔹 Budget & Financial Planning: Manage budgets, control costs, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.

🔹 Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and a culture of accountability and excellence.

🔹 Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, HR, and logistics teams to drive business objectives and support company-wide initiatives.

🔹 Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address operational challenges proactively and implement solutions that drive long-term success.


What You Bring to the Table

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English (required).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in high-level operations management with a strong background in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.
Financial Acumen: Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record in leading multi-location operations and driving business growth.
Process Optimization: Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency strategies.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to forecast trends, develop strategic plans, and steer the company in the right direction.
