Job Overview:
Looking for Class A driver with relevant experience, Flat Bed, Drop Deck, Conestoga, Curtain Trailers, Insurable, Clean record, asked the driver to do as needed, get home every day, fresh loads every day.
About the Position
· Touch Freight - Load Securement/Strapping
· Trailer type: 48' Flatbed
· 1 year of flatbed experience required.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
· Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
· Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
· Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
· Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
· Maintaining a driver’s log in accordance with DOT regulations.
· Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
Hiring Requirements
· Class A license without any restrictions
· 12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years
· Experience must be with a 48 ft trailer minimum
· Must be eligible to work in the US
· Must have basic English proficiency
· Must have a High School diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate (GED)
Responsibilities
· Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines
· Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
· Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer
· Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
· DOT Safety Regulated Position, Regulated Driver Class A
· Safety Sensitive Position
· Regulated Driver:
· Pass a Drug Test
· Pass a Background, Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol
· Pass a DOT physical medical card
· Pass a road test
· Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
· Must have class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle
