Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a Receptionist at a Property Management office in the Chula Vista area.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and maintain professional interactions with customers or potential clients.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
- Rent collection as well as issue Eviction Notices when necessary.
- Arrange property maintenance to meet standards.
- Financial management and reconciliation of all payables, receivables, and invoicing relating to property.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years Experience in Property Management highly desired
- Expertise knowledge in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word is required.
- Must have experience with managing budgets as well as AP and AR
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
