Our office is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping Clerk for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong ability to handle both administrative tasks and physical duties as well as Forklift experience. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and order processing.
- Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Ensure shipments are accurately prepared, labeled, and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Verify inventory and update shipping records.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues or delays.
- Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing merchandise for shipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the shipping area.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a shipping, warehouse, or administrative role preferred.
- Forklift Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or shipping software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday- Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
