Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks Experience

 

Thriving business in Oakley looking for a TEMP administrative assistant.

 

Duties may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Use high-level skills in the performance of administrative support  functions.

  • Aid executive by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control, and special management studies.

  • Deal with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.

  • Develop, prepare, and manage reports.

  • Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.

  • Frequent use of software programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

 

Skills Required

 

  • Experience using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use basic office equipment.
