Order Entry Customer Service
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hr +Hour BOE
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Type of Position: Evaluation Hire, long term opportunity!
Wholesale medical supplier is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team! The perfect candidate will have provided previous administrative support, express professionalism with their customer service, and be a team player! Responsibilities includes:
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Collect and enter customer data into the company database- SAGE
- Maintain organized records and files of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, including pivot tables
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and typing- SAGE Experience a PLUS
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and data collection
- Previous experience in a administrative role is a MUST
