Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Job Description: Are you dedicated, motivated, and organized? A family owned supplier of fine materials in Huntington Beach is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide Customer Service & Marketing Support!

Key Responsiblities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication In charge of invoicing orders whether they are mail, cash, checks or credit cards
  • Perform marketing tasks such as email broadcasts with the help of supporting staff

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 10am- 3pm
