Office Manager
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Type of Position: Evaluation Hire, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24.00-28.00/hr, based on experience
Are you dedicated, motivated, and organized? A local ice cream distributer in Santa Ana has an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager with strong organization skills! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsiblities:
- Managing employees and assisting with decision making including schedules, and overlooking all staff
- Taking incoming calls & provide Customer Service to callers and in office visitors
- Overall administrative work such as answering phones, ordering supplies, organizing, filing, A/P bill entry, data entry, etc..
- General office clerical support work
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of Office, Administrative & Customer Service experience
- Strong MS Office experience, including Excel using calculations & formulas
- Great eye for details
- Excellent communication skills & positive team player attitude
