Express Employment of Downey is seeking ASSEMBLY ADMINISTRATOR for a lighting manufacturer in the city of Vernon, CA.
*THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE SETTING - JOB FUNCTIONS WILL BE IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT*
Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM (Monday through Friday)
Pay: $21.00 an hour
Employment Type: temp to permanent hire
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry of assembly orders
- Forecasting order fulfillment dates
- Fielding calls and communication between upper management and assembly department
- FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in operations admin role
- Proficient data entry skills
- Bilingual REQUIRED (fluent English & Spanish)
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
- Strong willingness to learn
