RECEPTIONIST

Schedule: Tue-Fri
Pay Rate: $19
Job Description:
- Interacts professionally and proactively with families, visitors as well as other departments
- Answers and routes telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greeting visitors immediately upon their arrival and providing them with exceptional customer service
- Maintain the reception area and arrangement offices to ensure they are neat and organized while also restocking necessary items as required
- Protects the security of customers' and Company's sensitive information and files
- Supports other departments with project related tasks on an as needed basis.
- Support the Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating large mailings, and performing additional duties as assigned.

- Strong ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strong ability to evaluate and appropriately address privacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrate ability to follow directions, plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all projects
- Demonstrate ability to act with a high degree of initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Windows, including Word and Excel
