Senior Marketing Coordinator
Express Employment LAX is looking for a senior marketing coordinator for a local company in the LAX region. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for crafting messages across various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media. This individual will also be responsible for editing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with the brand's voice. Job Description:
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various marketing materials such as brochures, websites, publications, product descriptions, press releases, and more
- Review and edit content created by self and other marketing team members to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to revise and finalize written content based on feedback
- Conduct market research, track marketing trends, and support competitive analysis
- Maintain and organize the marketing database, photo library, and physical/electronic filing systems
- Handle administrative tasks, including sample order entries and processing marketing documents related to campaigns and communications
- Manage daily approval tasks in Salesforce CRM, including sample orders, Co-op credits, purchase requisitions, check requests, and timekeeping
- Provide support for marketing projects, trade shows, and other events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in corporate content creation, social media, and creative content development is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Comfortable working across both PC and Mac platforms
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
- Ability to write clearly and logically, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers
