Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from mitigation to build-back. This role involves scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong problem solver, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material lists.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Conduct site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress.

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, field crews, and subcontractors.

Maintain accurate project records in DASH software.

Mentor and support team members to promote a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Experience in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance.

Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
Location: Oregon Coast (Relocation Package: $3,500)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM (Salaried)
