Express Employment Professionals are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and excellent time management abilities. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain team calendars.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support across departments.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and service-related information.
  • Maintain an organized office, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or clerk is preferred.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to streamline administrative processes for improved efficiency.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE
