Education: High School or GED Equivalent is preferred.

· Attention to Detail – The products you provide should meet our exacting requirements and wherever you are assigned the work will be done exactly as required to achieve success in the workplace.
· Safety and Environment Awareness – Attention to your surroundings so if anything seems out of normal, you will identify it and call your Leader to resolve the issue.
Work Environment:
1. The work environment is a food manufacturer. The Line Worker may experience a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity levels in the workplace.
2. It is also likely that the Line Workers may be exposed to strong odors and fumes from hot peppers and other flavorful products processed within the facility.
3. The position requires lengthy periods of standing, walking bending stooping and using hands to sort product, top off jars, remove cores and perform inspection on the line.
