Monday - Saturday - Afternoon Shift
Job Description: As a key member of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal operation of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance mechanics preferred.
- Proven experience in a maintenance mechanic role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
