Job Full Description

PAY RANGE: $22.00-$25.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light electronics tasks such as soldering, assembly, wiring, calibration and other similar tasks.
- Ability to solder components onto PCBs.
- Isolate and diagnose problems with PCB Assemblies.
- Performs light calibrations of load cells using dead weights and Instron machine.
- Participates in maintaining laboratory standards and equipment.
- Able to kit orders and calibrate sensors.
- Assist with Shipping orders and managing some inventory.
- Work with engineering team to create new products, fulfill orders and create and maintain quality control procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2–5 years of related experience as an Electronic Technician and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board and mechanically inclined with light assembly experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs.
- Update data in Excel and Google Sheets on a regular basis.
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
- One year certificate from college or tech / vocational school.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and move between 10 - 20 lbs
Equipment Used:
- Voltmeters, Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, light mechanical tools such as drill press, sander etc.
- Soldering Iron, Tweezers, microscope, re-work equipment.
Qualities Preferred:
- Attention to detail and able to solder under microscope.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills as well as basic computer skills.
- Be a reliable, hard working individual with common sense and good communication skills.
