Job Full Description

PAY RANGE: $23.00-$25.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving local in Bay area, making deliveries of plumbing supplies.
- Scheduled customer stops based on delivery route.
- Loading the truck and pulling orders every morning.
- Doing safety checks every single day.
- Average time spent in warehouse would be 20% and driving would be 80% on most days but could change on daily schedules.
- Deliveries would be residential.
- Quick, Efficient and knowledgeable.
- Collecting customer signatures after successful delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of delivery driving with a 20ft box truck; Hino or Sprinter van.
- Should be able to load from warehouse and unload at customer site.
- Able to successfully maneuver bends, slopes and turns.
- Great customer service skills and able to address customer's concerns.
Education Required:
Equipment Used:
- Will be using an order picker or reach truck.
- Training to use forklift will be provided for the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to load & unload.
- Lifting, pushing and moving upto 50 lbs
Qualities Preferred:
- Great customer service; reliable and punctual on a daily basis.
- Work independently and follow written instructions.
